This is in reference to a phone call received on __________ (Date) from number ________ (call details) which eventually was not from your side. We had a very normal conversation regarding the Bank account details of ________. It was a call regarding the offer made for _______ (details of offers made) which was supposedly not true.
They sounded so professional and so fluent that I thought they are from your branch itself and asked for Bank details but as I am already aware of fraud and scams, I have not shared any details with him after which he disconnects the phone.
I would be grateful if you dig deep into the matter and get it thoroughly investigated so that there is no possibility of fraud with anyone in the future. I look forward to a practical response.
