This is with reference to the inverter I brought from your company _________ (company name) on dated __/__/____ (Date).
I would like to inform you that, inverter worked fine for just _____ (days/week) and within few days the inverter stopped working. The inverter is under warranty and per company norms, we called customer service and the engineer visited the site on ________ (visit date) to check the inverter and ___________ (mention issue in details). It’s getting difficult to _____ (cook or attend online classes or meetings/any other work).
I request you to either replace this inverter with a new inverter or get it repaired as fast as possible. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and cash memo.
