I have booked your hotel by reviewing it from ___________ (reference/website/other), but when I checked in the hotel room it was totally different from the images that were shown to us.
During my stay, I have faced so many issues. Firstly, ________________ (check-in issue/misunderstanding/mismanagement/mention your issue).
