    Task: You recently used a service and were dissatisfied. Write a letter of complaint to the company.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your company. I used your [service name, e.g., courier/cleaning/reservation] on [date], and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards I expected.

    Firstly, the service was significantly delayed, which caused considerable inconvenience. In addition, the item/service I received was not as described. I contacted your customer support team to resolve the issue, but received no helpful response.

    I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and offer a suitable resolution, such as a refund or compensation. I have attached relevant documents, including the invoice and email correspondence, for your reference.
