Dear Sam,

I hope everything’s great at your end! I wanted to let you know that I’ve finally moved into my new place — and it’s amazing! It’s a cosy two-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, with a little balcony and a great view of the park.

I’ve just finished setting everything up, and I’d love for you to come and stay for a weekend. We can cook, catch up, and maybe explore the nearby cafes and trails. Let me know when you’re free — I’ll make sure the guest room is ready!
