Date: 17th July 2025
Subject: Request for Upgrading the School Library
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request your kind attention towards the current condition of our school library. As a student of Class 9, I visit the library regularly and have noticed that many books are outdated, and the reading environment needs significant improvement.
Our school promotes a culture of academic excellence, and a well-equipped library plays a vital role in supporting this vision. Students from various grades are eager to access modern books, journals, and reference materials, but the current collection is limited and lacks updated resources. Additionally, the furniture is old, and there are insufficient reading desks for group study.
We humbly request the school administration to consider upgrading the library infrastructure, introduce more educational books, and possibly add digital tools like e-books or tablets to encourage digital learning. This change will not only enhance our learning experience but also foster a stronger reading habit among students.
We hope our suggestion will be given kind consideration. Thank you for your time and understanding.
Yours sincerely,
[Student Name]
[Class Name]
[School Name]
