Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, my name is ___________ (Name of the Student), studying in class _________ (Class), having roll number _________ (Roll Number Issued).

I writing this letter to notify you that the lights of class ____________ (class), are not working properly since _________ (Time/Days/Months). As per the norms, I called up the local school electrician to have a look, but the problem still persists. I even tried informing about it the ________ (the person you contacted) but that too didn’t work. It is very difficult for the students to read and write in low light (Mention all the difficulties faced).

We have only two tube lights in the class and one of them isn’t working which has further worsened the crisis.

I humbly request you to have a look at the situation and arrange to add/replace the lights.
