The Clear Subject Line

The subject line is the most important part of your email. It tells the reader exactly why you are writing.

Rules for Subject Lines

Follow these three steps to make your emails stand out in a busy inbox:

Be Specific

Avoid one-word topics like 'Hi' or 'Hello'.

Stay Short

Try to keep it under 7 words so it fits on a phone screen.

Use Identifiers

Include your project name or a clear action word.
