1. That I have sold my Vehicle ___________ (Vehicle Company Name) ________ (Model Name) bearing its registration number __________ (vehicle registration number), Chasis No. ___________ (vehicle chasis number), Engine No. __________ (vehicle engine number), Model ________ (Model Year)  to __________ (Purchaser Name) S/o, D/o, W/o __________ Residence of ___________ (Purchaser Address) and having ________ (ID Proof details).
2. That I have received full & final payment of the above-said vehicle from the said purchaser.
3. That I shall be responsible for all Challan, Accident, taxes, case, etc. till the date of sale i.e. __________ (Time – AM/PM) of __________ (vehicle sold date).
4. That I have no objection if the above-said vehicle may be transferred in the name of the said purchaser.
