Subject: Advice letter
Dear __________ (Name of the employee),
I am writing this letter to make sure my department runs smoothly and my employees are soundly working. I am here just to give you a little advice on your work. Since you work with a very précised and important department in our company, it is very important that the work is meticulous and profound.
With all these years of experience, all I have to say is, stay focused and set up a code for you. In this way, you will not rush with clients and you will be able to keep a track of your work. Code not only teaches you to be organized but also saves you from being in a mess. So, a set of rules, or a new code, will help you out.
I am writing this letter so that, my _________ (colleagues/team) do not repeat the same mistakes as I did. I did not have anyone to teach me certain significant things, that is why I do not want it to be repeated.
I Hope, this advice will be useful and you will be able to succeed at a good rate.
Wish you luck,
______________ (Name),
______________ (Signature)
