I am writing this to inform that I have been a victim to a fraud transaction from the bank account and I have lost Rupees _________ [TRANSACTION AMOUNT] dated _________ [DATE OF TRANSACTION]. I am pretty sure that I have not signed or initiated any transaction through cheque of that amount. I am really concerned about this bizarre situation happening.
